Mazda’s Premacy Hydrogen RE Hybrid features a unique hybrid system and a hydrogen rotary engine (RE) that burns hydrogen as a fuel.Mazda has now delivered four hydrogen hybrid vehicles to fleet customers. One unit was leased to Iwatani Corporation in May 2009, followed by one unit each leased to the City of Hiroshima and Hiroshima Prefecture in September 2009. Between World Challenge races, Tri-Point installed their turbo kit, utilizing a rugged cast iron turbo manifold feeding a high-efficiency Garrett GT2871R ball bearing turbo. At a mild 10 psi of boost, the 2.5-liter MZR engine is making well over 250 horsepower at the wheels (final tuning is still being finished).To handle this extra power, the front brakes were replaced with rotors and calipers from a MAZDASPEED3, while the rear rotors and calipers were sourced from a MAZDA5. We have got to know that the new BMW 6 series will be a major facelift and not a ground up redesign. The styling will remain largely similar but with some subtle changes to the lights and the grille which will move it closer to the Concept CS.
Also in are more comfortable rear seats with a bit more added legroom. expect a more driver oriented centre console and a sportier cockpit. The star of the pack will be the convertible hardtop as found in the new Z4 and the new 3-Series convertible.
We also expect some new powertrains and downsizing- expect the brilliant 3.0l and 4.4l twin turbo versions and diesel versions as well. M6 might get a bit more power from turbo power!

Hamann BMW X6 TycoonThe interior is probably one of my favorite parts of the BMW X6 Tycoon, stunning aluminum pedelas and carbon fiber elements on the dashboard. The 3-spoke steering wheel gets a new shape and it includes carbon fiber elements.
The high-end BMW X6, xDrive50i, has not been forgotten and Hamann is already working on a new performance kit that hopefully will bump the already impressive 407 hp coming from the 4.4 liter V8 twin-turbo engine.
Aerodynamics played an important role in the design of the BMW X6 Tycoon and add the light forged wheels, and Hamann might be onto something. Hamann uses their Design Editio Race Anodized 23-inch rims and 315/325 tires. Special chassis springs enhance light alloys. Ride height is lowered by a maximum of 40mm both at the front and rear axles.
The base petrol engine is the BMW X6 xDrive35i producing 235 hp while the xDrive30d outputs 235 hp. The larger diesel engine is capable of 286 hp. Here is where Hamann comes in and helps the X6 engines with their performance kit, by increasing the xDrive30d to 265 hp and the xDrive35d to 320 hp. The base petrol engine, xDrive35d, goes up 76 horsepower, to a total of 360 hp.The german tuner Hamann has revealed the details on their latest tuned up BMW X6. Named Tycoon, the vehicle is a makeover of a series of Hamann X6 models that were revealed in 2008. To sweeten the deal, the new BMW X6 Tycoon features a new body elements, performance upgrades and an upgraded interior.
New front wings and rear wing extenders were made of light composite materials and are emphasizing the masculine appearance of the X6 Tycoon. The wide of the body has been increased by 60 millimeters and the rear design was enhanced by adding a rear and roof spoiler. A three-part diffuser was added as well.

Hollywood stuntman and inventor Eddie Paul has designed the “Secret Weapon” which is basically a Boss Hoss motorcycle covered in thick metal body parts positioned at an angle for maximum deflection (just like on tanks) and featuring a Lexan bullet-proof windscreen. The thing even features two 7.62mm electrically driven rotating Gatling guns (replicas, of course).

Our recent post about the Millyard Viper V10 motorcycle started our curiosity regarding such huge powerplants being mounted on vehicles that are supposed to be fast, but also very agile. Our luck was to come across yet another two-wheeler powered by the same 8.0-litre V10 engine donated by a Dodge Viper car. It seems that this is a Boss Hoss motorcycle (originally powered a V8 engine) that got a serious upgrade.

The pictures were taken a few years back in Daytona, so it seems that the V10 thought has been haunting innovative minds for quite a while now.
